- Lead and coordinate new sourcing together with IAC plant purchasing
- Observe developments in the Procurement Market and ensure IAC benefits or is protected from these developments via robust strategies.
- Identify potential new suppliers
- Manage and evaluate bids to identify best solution for IAC
- Ensure key KPI’s such as savings and objectives are monitored and reported in line with business requirements.
- In close coordination with the stakeholders and plants develop, coordinate and present supplier / procurement strategies ensuring key areas of the business (Quality, Cost and Delivery) are addressed.
