Arbetsuppgifter
Nu söker vi dig som vill bli vår kollega och arbeta som kundrådgivare. Med kundens behov i fokus har du som kundrådgivare som främsta uppgift att möta våra kunder i rådgivning avseende hela privataffären.

Det innebär bland annat att du med hög servicegrad, i syfte att ge kunden en god upplevelse av banken, kommer att arbeta med spontana och bokade kundmöten inom låna, spara, betala och försäkraområdet. På ett självständigt sätt hanterar du kundens totala behov inom privataffären med möjlighet till att slussa till annan/högre kompetens när behov av det uppstår. Du är aktiv på vår lokala marknad och deltar t. ex vid husvisningar och lokala event.

För oss är hög tillgänglighet och servicenivå viktigt, det är viktigt att trivas tillsammans med kollegor och vi jobbar tight i team kring våra kunder samt utbyter kontinuerligt erfarenheter.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har/är:

- Eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi/finans eller motsvarande
- Swedsec-licenser inom bolån och rådgivning samt certifiering inom försäkringsdistribution
- Erfarenhet inom bolånerådgivning är meriterande
- Kunnig inom och har stort fokus på digitalisering
- Driven med stort engagemang och hög social kompetens
- Affärsmässig och motiveras av att skapa goda relationer och kundmöten
- Positiv, flexibel och ansvarstagande

Arbetsuppgifter
Placeringsaffären växer och för att möta både efterfrågan av rådgivning hos kunder och vår egen proaktivitet söker vi nu dig som vill vara med på vår tillväxtresa. Som ny kollega hos oss kommer du att hjälpa våra placeringsbenägna kunder. Du kommer att ta det yttersta ansvaret för en specifik kundgrupp och med stort engagemang möta varje kund unikt. Du kommer att proaktivt och aktivt arbeta med befintliga samt nya kunder och lämna placeringsrådgivning gällande privat- och bolagskunder, samtidigt som du förväntas identifiera kundens behov och samarbeta med andra specialister. I tjänsten ingår arbete vid våra mötesplatser samt ute hos kund.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har/är:

- Kandidat eller magisterexamen eller motsvarande inom ekonomi/finans
- Erfarenhet från finansiell aktör i placeringsaffären
- Mycket god kunskap och erfarenhet inom finansiell rådgivning
- Swedsec-licenser inom bolån och rådgivning
- Driven med stort engagemang och hög social kompetens
- Analytisk och affärsinriktad
- Du är resultatinriktad, strukturerad och van vid att arbeta mot konkreta mål

Om tjänsten
Under din arbetsdag kommer du att arbeta med vanligt förekommande arbetsuppgifter på en ekonomiavdelning kopplat till leverantörsreskontra. Utöver det ingår du i ett team att utföra månadsbokslut med diverse arbetsuppgifter inom redovisning. Du kommer att ingå i ett kompetent ekonomiteam tillsammans med tre andra kollegor.
Tjänsten som ekonom inleds som ett konsultuppdrag med start 1 januari (2022) eller enligt överenskommelse. Till att börja med är uppdraget på 6 månader men för rätt person finns goda möjligheter till anställning hos kund. Som konsult får du en anställning i Adecco Sweden.

Vi söker dig med erfarenhet inom ekonomirelaterat arbete i ett litet- till medelstort bolag. Som person är du kommunikativ och tycker om att jobba självständigt såväl som i team. Vidare ser vi att du är ansvarstagande, driven samt prestigelös.

IAC Group Sweden is searching for their next senior buyer. The main purpuse of the role is to ensure that Indirect materials are purchased at the most competitive prices, within the required timescales and to the required specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate cost reduction activities together with IAC plant purchasing organizations and stakeholders to achieve world class cost levels

Du har hög kompetens och erfarenhet av att kunna läsa av företagskundens totala behov vilka samlas i de finansiella handlingsplaner som du tar fram tillsammans med varje kund. Du är säker och trygg i kreditaffären och är van att balansera detta med affärsupplägg som är lönsamma för både kunderna och banken.
