Main purpose of the job:

Building and management of a process that effectively ensures the availability of machinery and equipment for production needs.

Main missions and results: Responsible for conducting activities within its department in an effective manner towards achieving common objectives of the Company 
Reporting deviations from the standard and takes appropriate measures and corrective actions.
Take action to achieve the operational objectives set out in production plans and indicators (KPIs).
Prepares the Maintenance budget and observes its implementation within the allocated financial resources.
Builds and maintains good cooperation with colleagues from other departments, supporting and initiating processes of continuous improvement but also building long-term investment plans in their area.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Mechanical Engineer or Technician or equivalent through experience

Bachelor’s degree in project and / or Program Management, (preferred), and /or Engineering and/or Business Administration or 5 years’ experience in automotive industry as program manager
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry in program management with in a suitably / substantially sized regional or global organization or 8 years’ experience in automotive industry in project management
Good working knowledge / understanding industry standards related procedures
APQP training or 5 years’ experience in automotive industry in project management
PPAP training or 5 years’ experience in automotive industry in project management
IATF16949 training or 5 years’ experience in automotive industry in project management
Sufficient verbal and written language skills associated to the program / project and operational locations
